Privacy policy

This policy applies to the GLP-1 Fasting iOS app and this website, operated by Moxitek Pty Ltd. Last updated October 14, 2026.

App records

The app stores fasting, water, protein, manually entered weight, symptom, dose, plan, titration, and preference entries you choose to record in a local database on your device. Manual weight entries are included in CSV exports and JSON backups. The app requires no account, does not run an app-data server, includes no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs, and does not sell your records.

Apple Health

With your optional permission, the app reads weight and workout data to display personal charts. Health readings are queried read-only from Apple Health, are not stored in the app database, included in CSV or JSON backup, or sent to the developer. A PDF you explicitly request may include separately labelled Health weight readings. Manually entered weight is separate. You can revoke access in iOS Health settings.

Purchases and notifications

Optional Pro purchases use Apple StoreKit; Apple handles payment under its own privacy terms. The app checks entitlements without a developer purchase-data server. If enabled, reminders are scheduled locally. Widgets and Live Activities read a small shared local snapshot of the active fasting timer. No push notification service is used.

Exports, backup and deletion

App data is excluded from iOS device backups. You control recovery with app JSON export and replace-only import. CSV, JSON and appointment PDF exports may contain sensitive health-related records. Saving or sharing an export to another service, including cloud storage, can transmit it beyond your device under that service’s terms. The app does not upload exports automatically. Delete an entry, choose Settings → Delete all data, or remove the app to remove its local records; previously exported files stay wherever you saved them. Deleting all data cannot be undone.

Website contact form

When you submit the contact form, we receive the name, email address, subject and message you enter solely to respond to you. The message is delivered via SMTP2GO and retained in our email inbox and mail provider systems according to their policies. Please do not include medical records or other sensitive health information. This website does not offer an app-data account or collect your in-app entries.

Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions for abuse and may process browser, device and network signals under Cloudflare’s privacy policy. The verification token is checked on our server before a message is sent. Essential server request logs may record your IP address, time and requested path for operations and security; we do not place advertising or analytics cookies on this page.

Questions

Use our contact form for privacy questions or to request deletion of a message you sent. We may need enough information to identify the message; email copies already delivered or retained for legal obligations may not be immediately removable.
