This policy covers nanohits.com and its contact form. Individual NanoHits apps may provide additional privacy information for data handled within those apps.

Our server may also record limited technical information needed to operate and secure the website, such as an IP address, request time, requested path, browser information, and response status.

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish people from automated abuse. Cloudflare may process browser, device, network, and interaction signals under its own privacy policy. Contact messages are delivered through our email service provider. These providers may process information outside Australia and are permitted to use it only to provide and secure their services.

Cookies and analytics

NanoHits does not use advertising or behavioural analytics cookies on this website. Cloudflare Turnstile may use necessary browser storage or similar technologies to perform its security check.

Retention

We retain enquiries and related correspondence only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business and support records, resolve disputes, protect the service, and comply with legal obligations. Operational logs are retained only as needed for security, reliability, and troubleshooting.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encrypted transport, access controls, anti-abuse verification, request limits, and restricted server credentials. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
