1. Who operates DueNext
DueNext is operated by Moxitek Pty Ltd (“Moxitek”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This policy explains how information is handled in the DueNext iOS app and on the DueNext website.
2. Information stored in the DueNext app
You may manually enter information such as service names, provider selections, prices, currencies, billing intervals, renewal dates, trial dates, statuses, categories, notes, cancellation details, price history, and supporting cancellation evidence.
This information is stored locally on your device using Apple platform storage. Moxitek does not operate a DueNext account system or receive these payment records through normal app use.
Device permissions
- Notifications: used only when you choose to enable local renewal or trial reminders.
- Face ID: used through Apple’s authentication system if App Lock is enabled. DueNext does not receive your biometric data.
- Photos and files: used when you choose a custom provider logo or attach cancellation evidence.
Deleting DueNext may remove locally stored information. Use any available export feature before deletion if you want to retain a copy.
3. Optional provider-logo downloads
DueNext includes bundled provider logos where available. Remote provider-logo downloads are off by default.
If you enable remote logo downloads, DueNext may request an icon from the selected provider’s official website and, when needed, from Hunter’s Logo API. These services receive the provider domain being requested and standard network information such as your IP address, device network details, and request time. They do not receive your DueNext prices, dates, notes, categories, or record names from DueNext.
Downloaded logos may be cached locally on your device. Provider names and logos belong to their respective owners; DueNext is not affiliated with or endorsed by those providers.
4. Apple services
Distribution, beta testing, purchases, restoration, crash information, and related platform functions may be processed by Apple under Apple’s own privacy terms.
- TestFlight: Apple may process tester identity, device, usage, crash, and feedback information.
- StoreKit: Apple processes purchase and entitlement information. Moxitek does not receive your full payment-card details.
- Local notifications and Face ID: are provided by Apple platform services.
5. Website contact form
When you contact us through the website form, we collect the information you submit, which may include your name, email address, selected topic, and message.
We use this information to respond to your request, investigate feedback or bugs, handle privacy requests, maintain correspondence, and protect the service from abuse. Contact messages are delivered using SMTP2GO, which processes the message and associated delivery metadata on our behalf.
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated abuse of the contact form. Cloudflare may process browser, device, network, and challenge information, including your IP address, under its own privacy terms.
Please do not include passwords, financial account details, payment-card numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information in your message.
6. Website and security logs
Our hosting infrastructure may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, date and time, response status, and security events. We use this information to operate, secure, diagnose, and prevent abuse of the website and contact form.
The DueNext website does not use advertising trackers. If privacy-respecting aggregate analytics are introduced later, this policy will be updated before they are enabled.
7. Retention and deletion
- App records: remain on your device until you edit or delete them, remove the app, or erase the device.
- Contact messages: are retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain necessary business records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or comply with legal obligations.
- Server and security logs: are retained for a limited operational period appropriate to security and troubleshooting.
You may request deletion of contact-form correspondence through the contact form. We may retain information where required by law or where necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
8. Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain processing.
Most DueNext app information is held only on your own device and can be reviewed, changed, exported where available, or deleted directly in the app.
Submit a privacy request9. Children’s privacy
DueNext is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the website. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through the contact form, submit a privacy request so we can investigate.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as DueNext changes. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version. Material changes will be presented through an appropriate notice on the website or in the app.
